A variety of accommodation options are available to satisfy the needs of individual students including rooms in apartments with local residents, in shared apartments with other students from the school, with families, in guesthouses, in hotels and in flats on their own.
Location
All accommodations are located in central areas, and the maximum transit time to school (by bus, tram or underground) is 30 minutes. Some apartments are located at only a few minutes walk from the school.
Rooms in Apartments
Apartments shared with Italians accommodate 1 or 2 students. Student apartments can accommodate from 3 to 5 students. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other persons living in the apartment. Rooms are inspected and regularly checked by our staff director of student accommodations.

- Extra night accommodation in either single or double rooms is €20.
- Extra charge for breakfast (per person/per day) is €3.
- Extra charge for breakfast and dinner (per person per day) is €18.
Hotel Accommodation
For those students who prefer to stay in a hotel, rooms can be reserved in a two star hotel near the school, or on request rooms can be booked in hotels of other categories.
Prices:
Single Room per Day: €60/€100
Double Room per Day: €90/€120
On request hotel rooms can be booked in hotels of other categories.
Breakfast and Half Board
On request, breakfast or half board can be provided for students lodging in shared apartments with local residents or in hotels. Breakfast and half-board are also available in private homes.
Prices:
Breakfast: €3 per day
Half-board: €18 per day
Arrival
Students are expected to arrive at their accommodations on the Sunday before the start of the course and leave on the Saturday morning after the end of the course. The apartment owners will provide sheets; students should bring their own towels. On arrival, the owner will give the student keys to the apartment and directions on how to reach the school Monday morning.
Pick Up Service
For students coming to Rome who wish to be met at the airport or the railway station, there is a transportation service available.
